Job Description: Paytm Field Sales Officer

Company: Paytm (Payroll: Teamlease Services)
Job Role: Field Sales Officer (FSO)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Locations: Noida, Ghaziabad, Delhi, Gurgaon, Meerut, Faridabad
Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Paytm products (QR codes, Soundbox, EDC machines, etc.) to merchants and shopkeepers.

• Generate leads and onboard new merchants to the Paytm platform.

• Maintain relationships with existing clients and resolve their queries.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers.

• Provide demonstrations and assist merchants in setting up Paytm services.

Requirements:

✅ Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
✅ Own Bike & Valid Driving License (DL) is mandatory
✅ Android smartphone required for work
✅ Good communication and convincing skills
✅ Willing to work in field sales and travel locally
