Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle customer/candidate calls, understand their requirements, provide relevant information, and ensure timely follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be comfortable making outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers/candidates and explain products, services, or opportunities.
Handle inbound calls and respond to queries professionally.
Understand customer/candidate requirements and provide accurate information.
Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and messages.
Generate leads and convert potential prospects into customers/candidates.
Maintain call records and update details in the CRM/system.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Handle objections and resolve basic queries effectively.
Coordinate with the sales/recruitment team for further processing.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude while communicating.
