Job Description

Should have good knowledge for apple capsule extreme router configure and operate mac book system Should have good knowledge for router to router configure Should have good knowledge outlook configuration IP types network topology cat 5 cable length details crimping details Door to door visit for solving the technical queriesdifficulties for customers to connect to the Internet Troubleshoot the TCPIP Ethernet LANWAN connectivity through phonevisit Troubleshoot Internet connectivity problems Achive the TAT limits for customer complaints Recover the company assets from the customer premises Maintain the ISOrelevant documents on a regular basis Should posses basic knowledge on Hardware Networking Operating Systems etc.
