Supporting the India country Purchasing team in managing travel purchase spend which is focused on leadingedge technology services and commercially critical operational expenditure Supports the approach to buy smart and consider procurement in its widest sense covering all levels of cost both within and for the business which adds strategic and real value to the business Ensure Schneider?s Group Purchase Policy and Guidelines are followed in the procurement process in Schneider India Develop maintain and administer Global and Local Travel Policy allowing for cultural and regional differences with cross functional coordination as needed Monitor travel policy compliance and provide strategies to increase compliance Oversight of the travel management companyies including all operational issues SLA s management reporting systems and adherence to policy Develop implement and manage all travel vendor relationships and programs agency air hotel STCR LTCR MICE and other travel related services ensuring compliance to service level agreements Strive towards continuous Travel and Expense strategy alignment with the business vendor improvement and management of key category relationships Knowledge of global Travel and Expense markets and leverages Sourcing methodologies to drive the category Responsible for end to end management of assigned category including category sourcing plandeal pipeline category process and policies and managing to the spend and savings targets for the category Accountable for global category spend savings targets and objectives Responsible for global category supplier relationships for Travel and Expense suppliers including internal stakeholder KPIs for enterpriseglobal categorys and support supplier scorecard for external stakeholder KPIs Responsible for continuous quality and service from global suppliers to support efficient business operations Share SME knowledge across other business units and support cross business unit activities Other duties as assigned.
