o nbsp; nbsp; Work with sales managementteam to design and develop learning modules to build team capability

o nbsp; nbsp; Conduct gap analysis at alllevels and design specific regional programs Assess the skill levels of thefield force on-the-job

• nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp;To plan and execute regional training Calendar.

• nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp;Deliver class room training programs for DSM/ISR/Sales Officers/ Line Managersto develop the knowledge, skills and attitude.

o nbsp; nbsp; Develop the training calendarfor DSM/ISR/Merchandizers/Associates and execute the same

o nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp;Coach and drive improvements in personal and team performance

o nbsp; nbsp; Drive the class roomlearning’s nbsp; amp; provide the Feedback on the progress to the regionalmanager and Lead Trainer – Center for excellence. nbsp; nbsp;

• nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp;Develop training evaluations for all training programs to make sure thatconducted programs are evaluated at learning level.

o nbsp; nbsp; Short class room training onskills amp; products training followed by On the Job training

o nbsp; nbsp; Trade specifictraining(GT/MT)
