Insurance Sales Executive Job Opening in For a Client of TeamLease Services Ltd. at Bengaluru

• Sell general insurance products such as Motor, Health, Travel, Personal Accident, and other non-life insurance policies.

• Generate leads through calls, references, digital channels, and field activities.

• Contact potential customers and understand their insurance requirements.

• Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, terms, and coverage clearly.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.

• Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.

• Assist customers with policy renewal and related queries.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales.

• Coordinate with the internal team for policy issuance and documentation.

Candidate Requirements

• Any educational qualification.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of insurance products is an advantage.

• Strong sales and convincing skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for field sales roles.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹18,000 +200 per month, depending on experience.
