Job Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving insurance sales through agents, brokers, and direct customers. The role involves business development, customer relationship management, team coordination, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities for health, motor, travel, and general insurance products.
Recruit, train, and manage insurance advisors/agents.
Build and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies.
Support customers with policy issuance, renewals, and claims guidance.
Conduct sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Prepare sales reports and market feedback for management.

Required Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline.
1–5 years of experience in insurance, banking, BFSI, or sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of insurance products and regulatory guidelines.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
