Key Responsibilities:

• Convert leads into sales (contact contractors, builders, hardware & furniture shops, carpenters).

• Attend walk-in customers at dealer shop & guide them on paint products.

• Provide quotations & close deals.

• Collect customer feedback & payments.

• Do local marketing to generate new leads.

Job Role Summary:

• Convert Leads into Sales: Speak with customer inquiries received by the company or dealer, convince them, and take orders. Generate leads by contacting contractors, builders, hardware shops, furniture shops, and carpenters.

• Handle Customers at Dealer Shop: Be present at the dealer’s shop to guide walk-in customers about paint products.

• Provide Quotations & Finalize Deals: Share prices (quotations) based on customer requirements and finalize orders.

• Collect Customer Feedback & Payments: Visit sites where work is completed to gather feedback and collect payments.

• Acquire New Customers (Local Marketing): Conduct local marketing in the area (dealer visits, hardware shops, builders, etc.) to generate new inquiries.
