Welcome call to new customers on successful account opening.
Giving basic knowledge / DEMO about the trading portal.Making customer aware about the various BarodaEtrade trading platforms’available.
Give a walk through to the customer about using theCall-n-trade facility and trading accounts related queries like ledger,statements.
Good interpersonal skills, high energy and methodical.
Assist RM / sales team for achieving business volumes
Ability to adapt and learn, passion to achieve.
Basic knowledge of computers and use of MS-Office and email,SMS platforms.
Job specific skills |
Excellent skills of client relationship and communication.Communication in English, Hindi
Ability to work well under pressure and follow through onitems to completion while maintaining a professional demeanour.
Team player with the ability to work independently or withcross-functional groups.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
