We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Credit Card Sales Executives to join our growing team in Delhi and Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving credit card sales through direct interaction with potential customers, educating them about product features, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential customers in high-footfall areas (e.g., malls, corporate offices, residential societies). Present and explain credit card features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly and convincingly. Complete end-to-end application processing including document verification and KYC. Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress regularly. Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure high conversion rates. Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal processes. Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client interactions. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Graduation preferred). 0â2 years of experience in sales (field sales, BFSI, telecom, etc. preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-centric approach with strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. Self-motivated and highly energetic. Basic knowledge of credit cards and banking products is an advantage. What We Offer: Fixed salary: â¹3 to â¹4 LPA depending on experience and skill.
